This Is Worcester is a program hosted and produced by community activist Bill Coleman. Bill welcomes Joshua Rickman, WRTA Administrator. Joshua took over the WRTA the summer of 2023 and says he is focused on bringing positive change for riders and staff. Before taking over, Joshua served as an assistant general manager with CT Transit.
