On this episode of Tech Safe, host Cecelia Doucette welcomes Montreal-based Dr. Paul Héroux, the Vice-Chair of ICBE-EMF, or the International Commission of the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields, and author of 'The Collision Between Wireless and Biology', a scientific paper examining the hegemonic belief that non-ionizing radiation found in everyday consumer electronics are harmless to human biology. They examine how this non-ionizing radiation is, in fact, shown to be harmful, and also discuss how much of the scientific community is captured by corporate interests, namely the tremendously powerful tech sector, who have a vested interest in convincing the public of their product's safety.
