On July, 21st 2022, the Rotary Club of Worcester invited locals and media to Elm Park for the unveiling of a new monument to world peace, a PVC pillar with the phrase "May Peace Prevail On Earth" written in the eight languages most commonly spoken in Worcester county, representing Worcester's diverse immigrant population.
