WCCA TV attended the Gathering with the Governor May 30th, 2019 . The event was sponsored by The Center for Hope Foundation Inc, The Providers of Central Mass, The South Valley Citizens Advisory Board and the Worcester Chamber of Commerce and Affiliates. The goal of the event was to bring awareness to legislators of Central Mass about the “Workforce Crisis” and other important issues. Many individuals with disabilities lack the resources, staff or access to achieve equal opportunities. It was an chance for legislators and community members to hear unified voices in order to work towards a future that continues to support those with disabilities.
