Gary Rosen and his panel of Candy Mero-Carlson, Moe Bergman and Mark Henderson mostly agree with WPD Chief Paul Saucier that the Shotspotter gun detection system is an effective crime prevention and response tool in spite of charges by MA Senators Warren and Markey that it discriminates against the communities of color where it has been installed. The panel also discusses some of the concerns aired by Worcester Fire Firefighters regarding low morale and mistrust of their superiors.
