Gary Rosen and this week's panel of D-2 Councilor Candy Mero-Carlson, At-Large Councilor Moe Bergman and former D-5 Councilor Matt Wally discuss the historic and unanimous council vote in support of inclusionary zoning in the City of Worcester. Just the fact that the Council discussed and supported inclusionary zoning shows they recognize that rental housing is too expensive and unable to meet the demand within the city. The panel also discusses whether the Amazon warehouse at the old Greendale Mall site will ever open. Amazon already has closed five of these facilities in Massachusetts.
