While Gary Rosen and panelists Gary Vecchio, Candy Mero-Carlson and Moe Bergman support placing even more speed humps throughout the city, they chastise the DPW for needlessly delaying the installation of this year's batch of old and new speed humps. The panel talks about the continuing school discipline issues while also reiterating their support for having officers from the WPD stationed in the city's middle and high schools. The panel believes that their removal on a 6-5 vote was a mistake by a past city council.
