Chandler Chat 444 Mass Academy at WPI

On this episode of The Chandler Chat, host Harriette Chandler welcomes back Anne Ludes, Director of the Massachusetts Academy of Math and Science at WPI and five high school students, Charuvi, Kruthi, Samhitha, Abigail and Derek, to discuss the prestigious project that this year's group of students embarked on, developing and engineering a prototype Braille Display that assists visually impaired and disabled persons in translating visual text to braille on a handheld device. They are doing their project with funding awarded by the Lemelson-MIT InvenTeams grant.
