Another TV 13 public access local community mile stone

WCCA TV 13, “The People’s Channel”, the non-profit public access television station and media center proudly announces the station’s website now has 2,500 WCCA community produced videos available for “on demand” convenient viewing at wccatv.com/video and this number is growing daily. Among the 2,500 local originated video works TV 13’s Coffee With Konnie, Rosen’s RoundTable , Soapbox , Static Fusion , Teen Central , Video Jam and WCCA Special Presentations each have over 100 episodes that have been uploaded for on demand viewing. Many other community productions are rapidly closing in on that number as well.

There are not many public access centers that can match or even come close to this kind of achievement. WCCA may be the only single Public Access facility that is dedicated to serving one city, in the nation with such an accomplishment.

This is an incredible and amazing testament to the prolific video community that exist while, at the same time, this number clearly demonstrates community need and utilization of WCCA’s community media facility.

Located at 415 Main street in the Worcester theater district, WCCA TV 13 television studios are continually active with community productions, media and production workshops, distributing local originated content on cable and on line, internships and volunteer opportunities, and providing important outreach for thousands of participating organizations, businesses, individuals.
