To ensure people have access to the use of a public forum through various channels of communication including technology and media with education and training resources.

Mission Statement
WCCA TV Mission Statement Worcester Community Cable Access, Inc. (WCCA TV), is a non-profit corporation administering public access for Worcester. The purposes of WCCA are charitable, scientific, cultural, and educational. We provide Worcester residents, groups, and institutions with public education and training regarding the use of access facilities and channels. As expressed in our articles of incorporation, our mission is to administer public access in accord with the following purposes:
- To advance democratic ideals by ensuring the people have access to electronic media;
- To provide a platform for first amendment rights and for artistic and cultural expression;
- To promote co-operative relations with those who serve the public interest;
- To promote communication through community use of media.
Our goals are to ensure that the Worcester community has available public access, and to provide the opportunity for the community to become involved in the public access process. Adopted by the WCCA Board of Directors, November 11, 1992.
WCCA TV 13 Staff
Mauro DePasquale is WCCA's Executive Director and Station Manager. He has a Masters degree in music and began his career in public access TV as a volunteer creator, host, writer and producer of the comedy series, "Off the Hook" in the early 90's. Tracy Foley is the Assistant Station Manager and Program Director at WCCA. She processes the memberships (including producing members, volunteers, program sponsors and Public Service Announcements) and coordinates the program schedule for Channel 13. Tracy graduated cum laude from Assumption College in 1992. Tracy became a member of the WCCA TV 13 staff in September 1992 after being an intern while going to college. Judy Langlois does Program Development and Fund Raising. Jen Pichierri is the Membership Coordinator. Bill Hamilton is a Production Facilitator. Charlie Thanas is the Master Control Programmer. He programs and oversees the video playback of on air programming at WCCA TV. Nick Nassar manages our IT and video technology. Frank Rocco is in charge of Technical and Facility Services. John Simakauskas is the technology facilitator and website maintainer. Zara Dedi is our Administrative Assistant.
