The Voice of Heard/The Science of Addiction
Submitted by TC Tim on May 15, 2008 - 10:32am.
If you were or are a high school student in either grades 9-12, let me ask you this: have you ever done a science project on addiction? Some of such students sure have, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, or NIDA. This year, three students will receive or have received, for the first time ever, awards for projects in Addiction Science at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) on May 15 today or tonight.
If you are interested in learning of the Addiction Science Award, you can check out the following link: http://www.drugabuse.gov/sciencefair/.

Blog on the Science of Addiction
This is a great topic. I hope it will interest more students in learning about drug abuse and addiction. Has great potential to do good. Way to go, Tim.
